Conference Speakers

Planning is underway for the 2026 NSAS Annual Conference and we are putting together the speaker list and workshop sessions.  Over the years, attendees have highly valued our conference presentations, learning from both new and experienced farmers, ranchers, service providers, and food advocates.  ​We are seeking diverse session/workshop topics related to sustainable agriculture and the local food system, including:​

• Soil health

• Marketing

• Business & financial management

• Specialty & row crop production

• Animal husbandry

• Food system equity

• Climate resilience

• And more!

Proposal submissions are due by Monday, September 8, 2025. Individuals submitting proposals will be notified if selected by Monday, October 6, 2025. If a proposal is selected, there will be the opportunity to update the session title and description before publication.
