We’re committed to providing a COVID-conscious event to balance the benefits of gathering in person while prioritizing the safety of all attendees, our staff, and community. Safety measures attendees can expect include:
- All attendees, regardless of vaccination status, are required to wear a properly fitting mask except when actively eating or drinking. This policy aligns with current guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for counties and states with “substantial” or “high” risk of community spread of COVID-19.
- Session presenters will be set up to maintain at least 6 feet between speakers and participants, and may remove their masks when actively presenting.
- As much as possible, event areas will be designed to allow for and encourage social distancing. Attendees and staff are encouraged to practice social distancing to the best of their ability.
- Staff and attendees will be encouraged to practice good hand hygiene. Hand sanitizer will be readily available at the event.
- Disposable masks will be provided free of charge.
- Staff and attendees are encouraged to stay home if they or someone in their household are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Full refunds minus a 15% processing fee will be issued if you test positive with COVID-19 or have a known exposure to COVID-19 prior to the conference.
